| The
LifeSaver software on the Emergency Medical Record USB drive
provides personal health records in case you have an emergency.
Here you see the entry screens
you will be using to enter your information. It has
no separate Help windows popping up. It won't be running you through
the hoops to the point that you forgot what you were looking for to
start with. Every screen with a question mark on the top-right
corner will overlay the Help right over your own data! No guessing,
no mistakes (see below) Furthermore, all items of importance have
tool tips which help along the way. You don't need to be a computer
wizard to use this software!
Below is an example of the
help overlaying the Allergies entry screen selected from the main
screen above. You don't have to search through
another window to figure out what to do, just check the help, view
it and and
click anywhere to dismiss the help when done... (work
screen on left, after clicking HELP the on right)

Diagnosis Screen: |

let's you enter all
diagnostic results you might have, including images, for ex., MRIs. Help is just one click away, as always. Most
items also have tooltips helping you along without having to click
anything at all !Most diagnosis' are selectable via the drop down
menu which automatically opens once you enter the diagnosis field,
but you can also enter your own descriptions / diagnosis. You can
also zoom into the image by clicking it's
thumbnail representation. You can even zoom further into it up to
400%. (see below) |

Emergency Contacts: |

On the
Emergency Contacts
screen, you can enter anybody that should be contacted in case you
have an emergency; this include family, or any others you want
listed. Most entries
can be clicked from predefined drop down menus, which will
show up once you enter the field you wish to make an entry in.
Basically, the only things you enter here are the actual name of
the emergency contact and the phone number, everything else can be
selected from automatic pop-up menus. This reduces the typing
required and misspellings. |

Family History:
|
|
|
|
The Family History can be
entered by simple point & click, or, you enter your own
conditions, click the screen above to display a large version
showing more detail... |

Identifying Marks:
|
|
Here you enter tattoos, scars,
eye color, or anything else that could make identifying the bearer
of the Lifesaver USB drive identifiable in case of the worst case
scenario. Images can be inserted and zoomed into, like on the
Diagnosis screen. |

Immunizations and Implants:
|
|
You can enter any implants (from dentures to pacemakers).
Also any and all of the inoculations received. It will also
show when the last time Immunization time was and when the next
one should be. Model & serial numbers of implants are supported
and can also be used in identification by placing them in the
Identifying Marks screen. (fror ex., a breast implant serial
number, a pacemaker serial number etc.) |

Insurances:

Enter all your insurance
policies / companies. From Health to Dental, as many as you have.
(We all know how important those are to the hospital
administrators...) |

Medications:
|
|
Holds all your all your
medications. Dosages, units and time frames can be selected from
drop downs or entered manually. Even the dates (as
everywhere in Lifesaver) can be selected from a pop-up calendar,
avoiding mistakes wherever possible. |

Doctors:
|
|
All your treating
physicians can
be entered here. From your family doctor to the surgeon, all can
be entered here, their phone numbers and addresses will be
instantly available to people treating your in an emergency. They
will be able to contact your longtime caregivers and get more important
medical information from them, if needed. |

Organ Donor:
|
|
If you clicked "Yes" on the main screen's
Organ Donor box, this screen pops up and asks for specifics.
Select what you prefer and presto you're an organ donor, saving
lifes....

Documents etc:
|
|
Any kind of document that you
scanned, or otherwise acquired can be inserted here. From DNRs (Do Not Resuscitate) to
the last lab tests, fingerprints or more. They will be viewable and zoomable in the EMR
by the paramedics on location, or the doctors in the hospital. |

Extras:
|
|
If you clicked
Extras on
the main screen, you will be brought here. On this screen you can
print a complete report of all your entries. You can
print a
wallet ID with your picture and the most pertinent medical
information which folds down to credit card size. You can make
Backups of your EMR and restore backups. You can
visit important
Medical WEB sites to stay up-to-date with current research. |

Reporting:
|
|

ALL information from the EMR
and is sorted by topics. It can also be printed by the paramedics
or the hospital staff. Your medical history can be delivered alongside
yourself when you arrive in the hospital. This way a doctor can
have everything he needs, even in printed form, as soon as you

The complete
medical history can be
delivered right along with the patient! No mistaking who the
documents belong to, even if someone dropped them on the floor,
because they also have the patient's picture on top of every page.
The documents have page numbers
and are sequentially collated with a running total.
No missing
pages, no mistaken pages. All the information, right there with
the patient....
