Emergency Medical Record (EMR)
At the heart of the Rescue Me USB key is the LifeSaver software handling your emergency and other medical records. It handles all the information entry (and output should you find yourself in a medical emergency situation).
You enter all the pertinent information you want to have in your emergency medical record and Lifesaver will store the information for you in an easily accessible and manageable format. To make things easy for you, all the information entry is bundled into related items on separate screens. You will find tool tips and help along the way and the software is so easy to use that you DO NOT even need a manual!
Everything you need to know is always at your fingertips and help is only a click away, without having to guide you to another window, or screen. Help is directly overlaid on top of you current entries, so there is no mistaking what is what and you won't loose yourself in multiple help screens, trying to find out information.
Once you entered all the information you want to have in your USB drive Emergency Medical Record, it is ready to use for Paramedics, EMTs, Doctors, or any other Professional Medical Staff. All they need to do is to plug in your Rescue Me key and Lifesaver will start up with just one click of the mouse, or a press of the Return Key. It will display your medical record (s) information grouped by its classifications, in an easy to view format.
But the best is yet to come! The medical professionals dealing with your emergency can also print out the medical record in a logically grouped, chronological format, ready to hand over to the emergency staff upon your arrival at the hospital. Read about the benefits of having a LifeSaver.
